At the foot of the Larzac, and 5 km from the tourist town of Lodève is this wonderful high class B&B with panoramic views of the village of Soubes.
Soubes is a charming tourist village with 2 chateaux in a quiet tranquile setting, In our B&B there are 3 high class fully equiped and airconditioned guest suites that can accomodate up to 3 people.
Each of our suites have their of private entrance and terrace with stunning views of the village and surrounding countryside.
Each suite also has its own private bathrooms with lashings of hot water.
Weather you choose to stay in the winter or summer each room has climate control to maker your stay as comfortable as possible.
If you fancy a quiet day in there is a fully fitted kitchen, glazed dinning area, lounge and library with all the local tourist information too hand.
Weather you come by plane, car or train the village is within a 3 minute walk, and on the walking route so you can leave your car in our private car park.
Locally there is the Tour du Larzac méridional.....), lake Salagou (swimming, sailing, fishing and many other outdoor sports), Prieuré St Michel de Grandmont, Cirque de Navacelles, the medieval village of La Couvertoirade, les Caves de Roquefort, the Viaduc de Millau, St Guilhem le Désert, Cirque de Mourèze, Grotte de Labeil, Grotte de Clamouse....
If you are travelling by car you can leave the A75 at junction 52 sign posted to Lodève Nord, and then in the direction of Ganges, Le Vigan, Soubès, Navacelles.
As you arrive at the entrance to Soubes follow the direction to the Sentier Botanique, Chemin des Capitelles for approximatly 800m.
If comming from either maonpellier direction on the A9 take the exit at St Jean-de-Védas and follow the signs for Millau until you come to the A75 then follow the directions above, if however you are coming from the Carcasonne direction on the A9 exit the motorway at the Beziers centre Est junction and follow the signs for Millau until you come to the A75 then follow the directions above.
We also speak English and have TV in the rooms, but please remember that we do not allow pets of any kind. |
